This policy explains what information RentalCashFlowCalc, operated by Numerlyn LLC (30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA), handles when you visit this site. It was last reviewed in October 2026.
The calculator runs entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. The numbers you type, such as rent, mortgage payment and expenses, are not sent to our servers and are not saved. Closing or refreshing the page clears them. There are no accounts, logins, or forms that ask for your name, address, or financial account details.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you load a page, standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request is processed by the hosting and network provider to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.
We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand in aggregate how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and what device types are common. Once enabled, analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and may collect information such as approximate location, device and browser information, and pages viewed. We do not send the numbers you enter into the calculator to analytics.
We may show advertising, including Google AdSense, once it is enabled. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can manage ad personalization in your Google account settings. This site currently has no affiliate relationships.
The site itself does not need cookies to run the calculator. Cookies or similar identifiers may be set by analytics or advertising once those services are enabled. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the calculator will continue to work.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and to improve the site, and we keep it only as long as we reasonably need it for those purposes. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
You may ask us what information we hold about you from your messages to us, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contactnumerlyn@gmail.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Pages may link to outside sites such as irs.gov. We do not control those sites and their privacy practices are their own.
We may update this policy when the site changes, for example when analytics or advertising is enabled. The review date above shows when it was last checked.
